The small print

Privacy, plainly.

A quiet story shouldn’t need an advertising profile. Here is what happens when you visit this site or contact us.

The short version

This website has no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, account system, or mailing-list signup. We do not use cookies to track visitors across websites.

When you visit this website

Cloudflare hosts and secures slowtaleapp.com. To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, browser information, and requested URL. This is hosting and security processing, not an advertising profile.

Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its handling of this data.

When you contact support

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer you and investigate your issue. Email may be processed by our email routing and mailbox providers. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

We keep support messages only as long as reasonably needed to resolve issues, maintain necessary records, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence, subject to those obligations.

The app and purchases

The website does not receive your story choices or game progress. Story purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store, not through this website. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple’s own privacy policy applies to App Store transactions.

App-specific privacy disclosures will be available in the App Store listing when Slowtale is released. We will update this policy if our data practices change.

Links to other services

Links to Apple or other services take you to sites with their own privacy practices. No App Store or TestFlight account information is collected on this website.

Your questions and requests

For privacy questions, or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes here with an updated date. Material changes will be explained on this page.
